An initiative called "Yafna" was held in Ras Al Khaimah to strengthen social ties among neighbors. Organized by the Ministry of Community Empowerment, the event brought together people of all ages for a collective iftar at Sheikh Khalifa Bin Zayed Grand Mosque. Participants noted that the initiative revives old traditions and restores the sense of community that was prevalent in the past. They expressed hope that such events will become regular. For children and adults, it was an opportunity to meet friends and relatives they hadn't seen in years and to strengthen family bonds. The initiative will cover eight residential areas across seven emirates, starting in Al Ain and having visited Dubai, Sharjah, and Ajman. It serves as a reminder of the values of hospitality, solidarity, and cooperation that form the foundation of Emirati society.
